Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
2025-2026 TRYOUTS
PLAYING AGREEMENT Upon accepting a roster spot with New Hampshire East Youth Hockey (NHE), the participant's parent(s)/guardian(s) must submit a non-refundable deposit to secure the spot. By making this payment, the participant (and their parent(s)/guardian(s), if applicable) acknowledges a binding contract with NHE, committing to pay the full 2025-2026 tuition balance by September 15, 2025. NHE shall be the player's primary hockey program. Participation in another program without prior approval from the NHE Board of Directors or Director of Hockey may result in dismissal from NHE with forfeiture of all payments made. While NHE reserves the right to deny requests to play in another program, exceptions may be granted under specific terms. If approved, the conditions will be provided in writing and must be agreed to by the family before participation with another team.

2024 SUMMER SKATE
New Hampshire East (NHE) Hockey Association understands that life's circumstances can shift unpredictably. Therefore, our refund policy is as follows: Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Factors considered include the reason for cancellation, the notice given, and the possibility of filling the now available spot. While we can't guarantee a full refund in every situation, we pledge to work with our players and their families to find a fair solution. Depending on the circumstances, this could involve a partial to full refund, credits for future programs, or other equitable options. Please note, the earlier we receive a cancellation notice, the greater the likelihood of issuing a substantial refund, as we may have the opportunity to fill the spot with another participant. Remember, non-attendance at a practice does not constitute a cancellation. Therefore, if you are unable to continue with the program, please let us know as soon as possible. To initiate a refund request, please reach out to Jeremy Tufts directly, providing as many details as possible about your situation.
